Visitation of Mother Mary

1. This feast was started around 13th or 14th century.
2. The present date of celebration was set in 1969 in order to follow the Annunciation of the Lord (March 25) and precede the Nativity of John the Baptist (June 24).

4. Mary had proclaimed her faith and devotion to God and used as the primary prayer in Legion of Mary (Catena)
