Forgiveness - From God's Prayer

Jesus had thought us only one prayer, Gods Prayer. So the words in this prayer are more valuable and perfect than any other prayers. Every active Catholic or other Christian's are doing this prayer at least once a day. Whenever we are doing the Gods prayer, we are saying the below words.

In Mathew Chapter 6 verse 12, Jesus told us “and forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven those who are in debt to us”.

So forgive your friends or colleagues or relatives or anyone who does anything against you. They may have done something massive which is very hard to forgive. But as Gods children every catholic shall forgive others to be forgiven by God.  

Forgiveness is not something you do it for others, you are doing it for yourself to heal and move on...
